As a result of E&B Paving’s dedication, strategic planning, and hard work, we have established 14 INDOT Certified Hot Mix Asphalt Plants throughout Indiana each equipped with accredited testing facilities staffed by Certified Quality Control Technicians. In addition to our asphalt capabilities, E&B Paving’s Concrete Division is equipped with portable concrete batch plants providing the mobile capability to handle concrete projects from interstates to airports.
