This northern stretch of Weinbach Avenue was reconstructed in 2007 to improve traffic flow to and from SR66 at Highway 41. The paving was completed in phases so the roadway could remain open during construction. This is the second section of Weinbach that has been paved by E&B and will tie into an existing $20 million INDOT Project (SR66, Diamond Avenue) being built by E&B\'s Concrete Division
