Menard\'s will be opening their first store in this area in early 2008. This E & B project includes over 37,000 square yards of heavy duty asphalt pavement and car parking areas. Existing asphalt access roads were widened and resurfaced and nearby highway improvements were made for easy access to this new retail facility.
