This award is the result of the Chandler Plant\'s commitment to cooperating with INDOT, surpassing INDOT\'s 2007 audits, and going above and beyond the minimum requirements of the program. Through carefully following a Quality Control plan, E&B Paving can actually save INDOT time and money, by reducing the amount of material testing done at project sites while maintaining a superior quality product. This is the second District Award received by the Chandler Plant. In 2005 the plant won both the District Award and the coveted Overall Outstanding Producer for the State of Indiana.
