Total reconstruction of CR 200E (Graham Rd.) from Main Street to Johnson / Marion County Line. The project will consist of widening the existing road to four lanes and adding a center turn lane. Length of the project is 1.51 miles and will include the following: Full depth asphalt, concrete, curb, sanitary and storm sewers, striping, signs, and signals. Contract completion is November 25, 2008. This project is a joint venture between E & B Paving, Inc. & Gradex Inc.
