Howard Regional Health Systems, one of Kokomo\'s premier health care providers, was in need of a new roadway to improve parking logistics. Manor Care Road now connects Lafountain Street with US 31. Prior to the roadway all traffice traveled through the parking areas. Manor Care Rd will make it easier and safer for the public to utilize the Howard Regional Health Systems campus.
