The Cardinal Creek Tennis Courts won the 2007 \"Paving Award for New Construction\" at this years Asphalt Pavement Association of Indiana banquet. Receiving the award were Cal Campbell & Ed Charles of Oberle and Associates and Jim Lowe of Ball State University.
