Working from our Anderson corporate office, Gary is responsible for E&B's company wide asphalt and concrete operations and for providing strategic leadership for equipment purchases, employee safety programming, marketing, corporate and business development, and new product technologies.

He leads our senior management team and works closely with executives from our parent company, IMI, to devise world-class asphalt and concrete paving solutions for hundreds of E&B customers. Gary also provides corporate oversight and support to our subsidiary firm, Specialties Company, which delivers specialized construction expertise to customers throughout North America.

Gary joined E&B in 1978 as the vice president and general manager of our Stony Creek plant, E&B's second asphalt plant. Since then, he has directed our firm's significant growth and geographic/product/solutions expansion. He was named E&B's president in 1992. Gary earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Indiana University.

Working from our Central Region offices, Larry is responsible for directing asphalt paving operations and area office teams in Kokomo and Noblesville, as well as overseeing E&B's roller-compacted concrete paving initiatives nationwide. With his professional experience in the petroleum industry, he also provides leadership insight for our corporate oil purchasing strategy.

Larry joined E&B in 1997 as the Noblesville area manager and was subsequently promoted to his current position. He previously spent seven years working for Ashland Oil Company in their asphalt marketing group. Larry earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Marshall University.

Based in our Corporate Office in Anderson, John is responsible for directing asphalt paving operations in the Anderson, Indianapolis and Evansville markets.

John's E&B career began in 1972 and he is currently our firm's longest tenured team member. His paving industry experience spans every aspect of our operations and he shares his lifetime of professional knowledge with staff throughout the company. Having experienced the dramatic technology changes that have improved paving applications during the past four decades, John provides unique insight to support customer needs throughout his market areas. During his career, John has also served in several trade association leadership roles.

Tony directs our northern Indiana asphalt, crushing and screening operations. Based in our Muncie office, he oversees area office teams in Muncie, Fort Wayne, Rochester, Marion and Huntington.

Tony first worked at E&B during college summer breaks from Purdue University. Following graduation, he joined Wright Construction in Elkhart as an estimator and left in 1988 as a vice president responsible for all field operations and project managers in the firm's Fort Myers, Fla. service area. Tony joined E&B on a full-time basis in 1988 as an estimator in our Muncie office. He received a bachelor's degree from Purdue in building construction technology.

Based in our Rochester office, Ron leads the Concrete Division and is responsible for managing customer relationships and concrete operations throughout Indiana.

Ron joined E&B in 1992. Among his responsibilities, he works closely with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) to devise large-scale road paving solutions, as well as with many INDOT general contractors statewide. A licensed professional engineer and land surveyor in the State of Indiana, Ron earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.

Jason is responsible for a wide range of E&B's business development and marketing initiatives, including corporate sales and marketing strategy, roller-compacted concrete pavement business development, local area office marketing and sales support, corporate communications and internal/external audience relationship management. He works with a broad scope of E&B's public- and private-sector customers, including the Indiana Department of Transportation, county and municipal governments, general contractors, commercial and residential developers, renewable energy companies and construction design companies.

A fourth-generation road builder, Jason's E&B career started in 1995 as a laborer/Teamster. Following a brief departure when he worked with Floyd Burroughs & Associates as a resident project representative, he returned to E&B's Noblesville office in 2004 as an estimator/project manager and was promoted to his current role in 2009. He is involved in a variety of leadership positions for such construction industry groups as the Indiana Construction Association and the Indiana Ready Mix Concrete Association. Jason earned his bachelor's degree in organizational leadership and master's in business administration from Anderson University, where he is currently an adjunct faculty member in their Graduate School of Business.

Working from our corporate office in Anderson, Sarah directs E&B's accounting functions for all of our locations. She joined E&B in 2007 from BKD, LLP where she was served as an audit supervisor.

A certified public accountant, Sarah received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Purdue University.

Chuck joined E&B in 2012 as our human resources manager. Working from the Anderson Corporate Office, he is responsible for directing our statewide human resources programs, including compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, staffing and recruiting, and labor relations.

Previously, Chuck was the human resources manager at Futaba Indiana of America Corporation, a Vincennes, Ind.-based automotive parts supplier to Toyota. An Indiana University-Bloomington graduate, Chuck also earned the Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Working from our Fort Wayne office, Brad assists teams in our northern region (Muncie, Fort Wayne, Marion, Huntington and Rochester area offices) with scheduling, crews, equipment and construction management. He works closely with our customer contacts at the Indiana Department of Transportation and many general contractors.

Prior to joining E&B in 1985, Brad worked for three years at Rieth-Riley Construction Company.

Based in our Anderson office, John assists teams from our Anderson, Kokomo, Indianapolis, Noblesville and Evansville offices with crew support, scheduling, construction management and equipment. He has worked at E&B since 1979.

Based in our Anderson office, Kirk is responsible for supervising E&B’s concrete curb crews and is an integral team member on our roller-compacted concrete pavement projects where he directs crews. He joined E&B in 1986 and has more than 30 years of paving construction experience.
